Sizes are based on weight and are usually two pieces, but will occasionally be one breast piece for smaller sizes. Small: 0.5 - 0.74 lb Medium: 0.75 - 0.99 lb Large: 1.00 - 1.24 lb Extra Large: 1.25 - 1.5 lb
